WASTE TYRE REGULATIONS, 2017MacRobert wishes to draw your attention to the following important notice
The Minister of Environmental Affairs has, in terms of sections 69(1)(b), (e) and (ee) of the NEM:WA, published the Waste Tyre Regulations, 2017, as set out in the schedule to this notice. The Waste Tyre Regulations, 2017 repeal the Waste Tyre Regulations, 2009, published under GNR 149 of 13 February 2009, as amended, with effect from the date of this notice.
